Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and technical review for all infrastructure bidding and tendering processes (RFP/RFQ analysis).
- Conduct comprehensive technical due diligence and feasibility study assessments for sub-projects.
- Assist the corporate team in navigating complex regulatory approvals, including environmental and forestry clearances.
- Represent the company in technical committee meetings and presentations with government authorities (e.g., NHAI, Ministry of Railways).
Job Requirements
- Hold a valid Senior Chartered Engineer qualification in civil engineering, infrastructure, municipal engineering or other related fields; OR possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant engineering majors.
- Possess 15+ years of in-depth front-line working experience in the Indian infrastructure construction industry, with comprehensive experience in project design, construction management, technical research and project review.
- Fully familiar with the whole-process operation standards, technical specifications and management norms of Indian national and ministerial-level large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Priority given to retired senior management, core technical experts and backbone talents from Indian national-level or ministerial-level key infrastructure enterprises and government engineering management departments.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Retainer Salary: 1.5 – 2 Lakhs (stable monthly payment, no deduction for standard qualified work delivery)
